The following terms and conditions (which may be subject to change at any time) apply to all direct or indirect services available online, via any mobile device, by email or by phone. By accessing, browsing and using our website (www.bbsansofi.com) or any of our applications available in various platforms ("the Websites") and/or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions below (including the section which relates to privacy).

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS

B&B Sansofí will always confirm the availability of the accommodation by e-mail to all interested customers upon request, who must in turn provide the management with the necessary details to make the reservation effective for the requested period until full payment is made.

B&B Sansofí will send information by email on the price of accommodation, the dates of arrival and departure, Contract Conditions and Cancellation Policy, and any other information required by the customer or by the establishment.

All the transactions of information are adequately protected by the relevant Personal Data Protection legislation.

 

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:

The full amount must be paid by bank transfer, at which time a voucher will be sent to be shown on arrival.

Should proof of payment for the amount agreed not be received by e-mail within the stated period, confirmation of availability will automatically become void and the booking request will be cancelled, automatically making the premises available to other customers.

The reservation will not be completely firm until B&B Sansofí has been paid the full amount and the client has been sent a confirmation e-mail.

The booking confirmation, together with proof of payment, will serve as a guarantee for the services contracted.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancellations made over 15 days before arrival will be charged at 25% of the reservation price. 

Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the reservation price. 

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged at 75% of the reservation price. 

Cancellations made 24h before arrival or failure to show: no refund of the amount paid.

In cases where refunds need to be made to the client, such refunds shall be made by bank transfer to an account number provided by the customer by e-mail. B&B Sansofí accepts no liability for errors in the account details provided by the client, whose responsibility is to provide the correct information in order to facilitate the refund.

In the event that the client requests a change of dates, such a request will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Any kind of cancellation, including those induced by force majeure, shall be subject to our cancellation policy.

All cancellations must be made via email.

Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.

 

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN

Please make sure to inform us of your estimated time of arrival and any delays or changes in arrival time, so that we can plan your check-in.

Your receptionist at B&B Sansofí will hand you the key and provide you with any information you need.

The room will be available for check-in on the day of arrival from 14:00 to 01:00.

Should you require to check in before or after stipulated check-in hours, you must let us know by e-mail at least 3 days prior to arrival. Acceptance of your request or otherwise will be sent to the same e-mail address which was used for this purpose.

 

DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be before 12 noon. If you need to leave later, please inform your contact person at B&B Sansofí at the time of booking.

Late check-out is always subject to availability and acceptance by the owner.

Please return the key(s) to your contact person at B&B Sansofí and make sure to take all your luggage and belongings with you.
